How do I register my Jetson?
Welcome to the Jetson Family!

- Your full name.
- Email Address.
- Home address, city, state and postal code
- Product Serial number. Not sure how to locate your serial number, click HERE.

Once an order is placed, we make every effort to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as the package is assigned tracking information, we will promptly reach out to you via email with all the necessary details and a link to follow the shipment's progress.
All orders are shipped via ground shipping method and average delivery times are 1-2 business days for West Coast, 3-4 days for Midwest, and 5-6 days for East Coast.
NOTE: After receiving an email with tracking information, you may see the package listed as Label Created.Since orders are picked up by our carrier on pallets, please allow 24-48 business hours (this excludes weekends and holidays) for your package to reach their processing center and for the acceptance scan to appear.

Need help filing a warranty claim?
Our goal is to get you riding as quickly as possible.
To file a claim:
- Check our warranty policy to determine if your Jetson is still covered under the warranty window.
- Note: If ultimately this Jetson falls outside of the warranty window, we absolutely can still assist you with an an out-of-warranty claim by providing a discount on the replacement costs and get you back to riding.
- If eligible, you may file a new warranty claim via chat. Our team will ask for:
- Your Full Name
- Your shipping address
- Product Model and SKU
- EITHER your product’s serial number OR a photo of it. (Here are some tips on finding your serial number.)

What is the status of my claim / RMA?
As you are completing the warranty process, you will receive emails throughout the process to alert you of your progress.
For Replacements:
From the time your warranty request is approved, and decommission agreements where applicable are signed, it may take 24-48 business hours for your replacement to be processed and shipped.
Upon shipment of your replacement Jetson, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so that you may follow the progress of your shipment
For Gift Cards:
From the time your warranty request is approved, and decommission agreements where applicable are signed, and when necessary, your return is received, it may take 24-48 business hours for your gift card to be issued. Once your gift card is issued, you will receive 2 emails. One email will be autogenerated and contain the code. The second email will be from the care team with additional instructions and best practices on how to use your gift card.

My Jetson doesn't seem to be holding a charge?

How do I stop my Jetson from beeping?
There are 3 primary reasons why a hoverboard will beep:
- You've reached your speed limit: Beeping serves as a safety indicator and is warning you to adjust your speed.
- The battery is low: It's time to recharge
- The balance is off: Solve by recalibrating your hoverboard
